OTPs not coming through

OTPs never come through with online purchases. Every time it takes 20 minutes and contacting support. It's becoming ridiculous. Surely you should see the stats and how many are failing and how clients are being inconvenienced. service Suit agents drop calls, take long and are not helpful at all.
