OTP via email instead of sms

I am in another country and was logged out of my internet banking because I apparently put my password incorrectly 3 times, which I don't believe. Any case I tried resetting my password but the OTP only goes to my South African cell number and there is no option to change it via email!!! I do almost everything via email.
