OTP Pins
<p>I have complained about this numerous times!! The online banking is really shocking!! I needed to make an urgent payment this morning, and once again, asked my OTP pin to be sent to me about 5 times!! Still now 15 minutes later.....nothing!! If you guys can fix your system, you are going to lose a lot of clients. I cannot keep telling people that they have to wait for payment because FNB is offine again. </p>
