OTP PIN doesn't not come through to my phone
When I try to reset my username or password online my otp pin doesn't come through to my phone..FNB setup my new account for me and cellphone banking but the only problem is the otp pin doesnt not come through to my phone....

31 Jul 2021, 16:21You cant even lounge a complaint on the website because the system kicks out a error( The response parameter is invalid or malformed)The verification system does not work....Please FNB your website needs to be rebuild because its poor and please get better developers...
