OTP Number Change

I am relocating to another country. I have been to 2 different FNB branches on 3 occasions, to notify that I need to change my OTP from my South Africa number to my email address, as I will loose my SA number. Lynnwood and Olympus, Pretoria. After all 3 requests, still all OTP goes to my SA number! This is week 3 and I am emigrating tomorrow. Still all transactions, OTP goes to my SA number - who will belong to another member in my company. This is unacceptable. How can I get better service and confirmation that my personal details and ability to transact will go to my email and not the nullified cell number in SA??
