OTP issues
FNB "How can we make your life harder"
After trying to get through to the correct people to change my otp I got through to fnb online banking. Was told my otp will me changed to my current number within 24 hours After 48 hours I sent them a message only to be told I should call again. Note that I'm overseas and calling is expensive besides be an annoying and painful experience. I tried calling again to be cut off each time.
I want to pay my car license and don't understand why I need an otp. If a hacker pays my car licence I would be grateful. FNB you are not making it harder for the hacker but for your clients!
