OTP instructions
This is the third time I am visiting my son in Thailand and the second time that FNB is messing up.<br> The first time I requested that FNB change my OTP notifications to my email and not my cellphone as I would be using another cellphone provider in Thailand. Well could not do any banking in Thailand as I could not get my OTP. So I had to pay a lot of accounts late and pay late charges. Which FNB did not take responsibility for, even though it was their mistake using [URL Removed] instead of [URL Removed] Now again I went to FNB instructed them to change my OTP notification, long before I left for Thailand.Well again FNB has not followed instructions. I have laid a complaint and they, FNB want me to phone them.....now who is going to bear that overseas call expense, already cost me over a 100 Baht to FNB call center and the call center took their time!!!!
