OTP codes still not being sent on a timely fasion.
FNB is to this day, still making it next to impossible to do ANY transaction that involves OTP codes via sms, to the point where I cant even do the FNB transactions on their own websites, and I am still not getting all my incontact sms messages via SMS. Been over 2 hours now where I was waiting for OTP codes to do an online transaction, and been requesting 11 codes to be resent so far.
To top all that off, TYME bank, Standard Bank, and Capitec can accomplish that seemingly difficult and impossible task of slow sending sms messages within 20 seconds, and yes I timed them all. But FNB is completely lost to the point they cant even bother to send them anymore, and they have the HIGHEST service fees for ALL the banks. For ALL their transactions.
Capitec payment: Online transaction made, OTP code sent 7 seconds later, and the transaction was sucessfull.
Who is the better bank now, cause it IS NOT FNB!
