OTP can not be changed when you over sea - we need to visit a branch how can we
Terrible experience with FNB customers that struggle to change OTP while they overseas where local cell numbers were deactivated to either email or international cell no . One account is deactivated other one had transfer money in to get the OTP sorted but isnt working There is 2 friends that struggle tochange it and nobody can assist - we need to visit the branch but they are in China - please assist how can we do this if we are not in South Africa
