OTP

Good day

Please note that I had an FNB account about 3 years ago which I no longer use. I have received funds via Paypal and which i would need to transfer via FNB

I have noticed that my Fnb online profile still exists and can confirm that i can still log into it. The problem here is that i cannot update my OTP and that number is no longer is use. Can my fnb profile be completely deleted so i can setup the new paypal account so i can transfer my funds or can my OTP details be updated?
