OTHER BANKS ASSIST BETTER

I app**** for a home loan, it was granted at 60% due to the fact that the person dealing with the paperwork could not understand that the property in question is not a farm and is not going to be used for agricultural activities, it is a residential property.(where the valuator said to me personally it is valuated as residential property) I have been banking with FNB all my life, but the Hello Steve add just apply to new customers. Where as another bank is willing to help me fully and that consultant helps me and try everything to communicate with his credit department. And then I have to say I am a proud FNB banker...no thank you. Very disappointed.
