Ostrich Syndrome

FNB ***** your money and then string you along while they apparently were going to blamevyou all along and accept no responsibility for online transactions debited to your account with no 3D verification having been done/approved by you. You tell them that you are not in the country and to please correspond by email but they will try to phone you instead with the promise then of responding by mail which never ever happens and so it just goes on and on with FNB burying their head in the sand and hoping that it will go away after they have ****** your money and basically are trying to blame you for that. Banking Ombudsman next because FNB do not assist or try to resolve the matter
