Requested a Personal Loan, was wonderfully assisted by Muriel Chiloane *** and the loans department. Was then informed that my Credit card with FNB ( closed and deleted apparently from case Id *** 23 January 2014, still have the confirmation e-mail) is still listed on ITC and a proof or paid up letter is required from the FNB Credit card division to give the FNB loans department.
