Ordering of new bank cards

Hi, I went to FNB in Rivonia next to RMB offices to block my cards and requesting a temporary card. On sunday the 17th september 2017 my wallet was stole, inside the wallet there was my Smart ID card, Drivers license and all my FNB as well as Nedbank cards.

I had my affidavit with me from the police station stating that i have lost my wallet. I went to Nedbank and I was issued with a temporary card as i told them that i lost my wallet and showed them the affidavit from the police station. They used the bio metric to verify that i was who i claimed to be .

Then i went to FNB, i told them what happened and i even produced the affidavit to back my statement. The asked me for a temporary ID and i told her that i don't have it. I then asked for temporary bank card and she told me that without temporary ID she won't assist because she'll get fired, i then told her we can verify using bio metric and she told nope it cannot be done. i am really disappointed with the level incompetency showed by this individual. she didn't even go the extra mile asking the manager if there was another way of helping me out. she just told me sorry i can't help.
