Ordered new card month ago

<p>I ordered a new card for my cheque account on the26th of April and as of today I still haven't received it,even though the courier company has on several occasions given me a date of delivery without ever delivering the card. How am I supposed to access my account. Calling fnb has been unsuccessful on numerals occasions.. FNB does not care about their clients.</p>
