Ordered a device on Saturday

Ordered a device on Saturday. Message states 3-5 business days. Been phoning since Monday asking if someone could help out with some urgency but FNB employees don't care at all. I find out today that device will only be delivered on Monday, this is unacceptable. The promise was 3-5 business days and Friday is 5th business day. FNB better contact me urgently.
