Ordered a card 6 weeks ago, not delivered yet

I ordered a card 6 weeks ago, 4 weeks later it was still not delivered and when i contact the bank i was told to call the Courier to enquirer. They promised to deliver it on the 2nd November, on the 4th they still haven't delivered. When i contacted the bank to ask them to intervene they told me the only thing they can do is to ask the courier to contact me again. <br> <br> This is not acceptable, i cannot live for more than a months without a card.
