ORDERED A BANK CARD, NO COMMUNICATION SINCE

I have been putting off upgrading my bank account for years, saw my cheque card was expiring and didn't want to deal with collecting a card, so thought I would upgrade my account to a premier platinum account. Put in the delivery address etc and woops - money was deducted off my account immediately for this \awesome"upgrade that's worth over R100 before you even blink but no card or any idea when its coming and when I try call"
