Opt debt protection without consent!
Since when does a banking institution have the right to add on optional products without a consumer's authorization? My cheque account has been debited with an optional debt protection fee ( 2 totally different amounts)for the past 2 months without my consent! If I required debt protection I would request it. I would like this matter resolved promptly as I have no problem changing my banking institution.
