Operating hours

I got to the branch just before 4 to make a deposit but was told that the tellers close at 4 but the website shows operating hours are till 5. I received a very bad service from Doctors when I asked why because their operating hours is until 5, Asking me where I was coming at that time and should come back tomorrow. <br> This is frustrating because it does not specify anywhere that tellers close an hour earlier due to what ever reasons and to have someone like Doctor on the floor to clients like that very disappointing. <br> <br>
