Opening of my account

Last time, I wrote a review about FNB regarding the opening of my account. Someone from FNB called me and told me that they had sent me an email. I explained that I never received the email, but she insisted that it had been sent and contained the documents required to open my account. It felt as though she thought I was lying when I said I hadn’t received it. I like FNB, but it seems like they don’t want me to bank with them.
