Opening kids FNB accounts is a nightmare

Ok. I have been from pillar to post trying to open FNB accounts for my children, and have now been asked to submit a proof of residence, for the 4th time. one, two, three, four times! As well as Proof of source of funds. For what? My kids pocket money?! This process has no been going on for 3 weeks, countless mails, phone calls and visits to the actual bank. It's 2022. Who still visits a bank?! Anyway, I am about two second from opening their accounts with Capitec.
