OPENING BUSINESS ACCOUNT TAKING TOO LONG TO OPEN/ACTIVATE

I opened the FNB Business account on the 15th July 2020, received necessary forms to complete on the 17th July and completed and sent back one the same day (17th July). My account is not active WONDER how I am supposed to use this account because I even received the bank card on Monday the 27th July. I have called twice and getting frustrated by day!!..
