Opening business account nightmare

Such a difficult task to open a business account on FNB, I have been struggling for 3 weeks to verify my documents. Every time I sent outstanding documents, I'm the one who should follow up with them if they received the documents. I have been treated like an unwanted who force myself to do business with you. The only reason I'm forced to push you guys is because of my business partner who insist on using you because of your benefits and he had relationship with you before covid rob his business...I called earlier until my airtime runs out.
