Opening and FNB Business Account

Trying to open a business account is impossible. App**** 2 weeks ago on-line. Then received an e-mail for more information which I provided last week. 4 days later I am still waiting .... so I visit the closest FNB branch who then informs me that MORE documentation is required (no further correspondence was received to date regarding any other documentation required). I am then told that the branch cannot help me because the application was done ON-LINE. It will take another 72 hours to process. Pathetic!
