Opening an account without authentication and *****ing savings

After taking money out of my savings account, first of all they opened an investment account without my request then have the cheek to take my money and buy shares with it.... i was promised i would have my money back by now and guess what i here nothing back from the agent who called me and i needed that money! You guys are such theives this is unbelievable!
