Opening a Fnb stockvel: Myth or Impossible ?!?

We have been trying to open a stockvel account for 6 weeks. I went inside the bank and they said we must apply online. We got the other signatory to open a fnb account and we tried it online as they had said when we visited the branch in Sunninghill . We opened it online several times and the signatories got verification via fnb app and approved. After that nothing happened. I tried to get answers via chat on the app they gave a number to call. I called the number and I kept being put through 3 different departments INVESTMENTS then SALES then something else that was going to send me to another department. What a painful
