Opening a case of ***** against FNB.

back ref: ***. I am closing my account with FNB. They committing ***** in my account. only swiped my card once for a purchase of R14k and every month i get funds into my bank account they deduct the same amount with the same reference number. The merchant permanently closed the doors when i made the purchase but the bank keeps taking money as if i signed a debit order. Last time it took 2 weeks to get my refund, now its over a week but still haven't got my refund. This is purely *****. This issue has resulted in a serious financial loss.
