Opening a Business bank Account

I am trying to open a business bank account and sent out all the necessary documentation, but I still receive emails saying that I have to send the following documentation

"A Letter from the Company's authorised representative confirming the names of those holding 25% or more of the Company's voting rights at general meetings OR the attached Related Party Form confirming the percentage voting rights at General Meetings"

I have sent the document three times now but i am still receiving an email of outstanding documents.

Secondly, and according to the documentation, FNB uses the old company name for email correspondence and not the new name as per the company documentation we have sent to FNB ,Or MAYBE I SHOULD GO GET THE SERVICES ELSEWHERE ?
