Opening a Business Account with FNB - What a disaster

I tried to open a bank account with FNB Business for a trust. TLDR; Congrats to Standard Bank, they sorted me out quickly, and with no fuss. I phoned the FNB call center, and requested a call back to open a business account on 3 June. Someone called Thuso phoned me back. I sent through the docs to open the account. He didnt seem to understand my requirement. We corresponded via email, but he took about a week to respond to each of my emails. I also didnt have his phone number, and he didnt provide me with an alternative person who could assist in his absence. I tried to get another agent to help, I requested a callback. An agent phoned, asked all the valididating questions for about 5 minutes, and then dropped the call, and didnt phone back. I couldnt phone back, because I didnt have the phone number of the agent. After 3 weeks I gave up with FNB business, and now I'm very happy with Standard Bank
