Opening a Business Account online is Slow!!

I app**** for a business account online...10 days later, the account is sill not active. Numerous emails have been sent asking for the same documents that were uploaded during the application process or emailed later. This defeats the whole purpose of an online transaction...fast and convenient.

Please look into this. This is my 2nd experience. It's either the upload functionality is not linked properly to the reference code generated or the email functionality is not working properly.

It's really frustrating.

I will now be forced to go to a branch....an exercise I was avoiding.

Regards.

Thank you for your response. However...

The nightmare continues!!!

I received this message yesterday:

"

Good Day

Please be advised FNB tried contacting you with regards to the complaint logged to no avail.

Please be advised account has been activated."

I tried to add the account as a beneficiary to deposit money as required. Guess what...got an error.

Phoned the call centre this morning. Account still not active...gone for finalization.

This is beyond SHOCKING!!!
