Opened my account at the branch, after numerous attempts it is still on hold, my busines is standing still.

I don't like writing a bad review to any compang, but after really battling to get anything done to remove the hold on my account, I don't know what else to do anymore. I opened a new account for my new business in FNB Saveways Witbank branch. I was told all was in order and I was so happy with how firendly the staff where. But after a few days I could no longer pay from my account. This made me make all the payments I receive in to my other business's account wich is not with FNB. I only chose FNB as my partner insisted its a good bank. The account has been put on hold, I went to the branch to sort it out, she said everything is in order and will escalate it it should work in 2-3 days. I then went again to the branch much later as I dont really have the time to waste, but as soon as I got a break I went in again, more determined than ever to get it working. I went in again, the lady honestly did not look like she knew what was going on, but also saying that everything is in order. I then said no, this is not right as last time they said it will work and it didn't. She said I must call the help line. I called, and then the lady saud yes it was escelated I need to wait 2-3 days and just check. It seems like everyone doesn't care wether the busines gets affected. I never in my life struggled to get a bank to just open the account so the businesses can start running smoothly.

Can someone competent please call or message me so that we can get this sorted? Whoever the person all these things are escelated to, can your boss phone me as it feels like nothing is being done to resolve this issue.
