Open my account

I have been writing my review here stating my frustration with FNB bank. I have provided them with everything. They keep changing stories today is this tomorrow is this. Can FNB open my account so that I can stop banking with them. I want nothing to do with them anymore and also their funeral policies I don't want them anymore. I keep calling their agents and they get surprised as to why is my account is not opened , they will even say ma'am we don't understand why is your account not opened because you provided everything. And I don't want that Boitumelo Mogane anymore, she is so rude and hang up when I call about my account. I'm beyond ****ed and ran out of patience. I want my money
