Hello Fnb on the 18th go this month i try to make some payment from my account and I couldn’t’t do it even to buy airtime i couldn’t and on the 19th i went to the bank and they check and saw my account was frozen for ***** which i was never notified no emails or calls to tell me it. The bank called the ***** department and I spoked to them and they said John in the investigation department will call me and email me but he had not done it since on the 19th which they said they’ve issue the case, since Friday i have been trying to call the office of john and all efforts where waste cause he never pick the calls and he never called or emails back, please I’m stranded i don’t have anything on my to survive all my money is inside my account i have all proof that my account is not doing *****, i only trade bitcoin into my account which i have all the proof so please i can send you all proof, i need my account open things are hard on me now cause i don’t have any money to live, country is hard, i can’t continue to live like this.
