Open a business account online at your own peril!

Opened a business account online and all was done in record time. Lovely stuff! My business partner didn’t have fill transactional rights and after about 3 weeks of continued back and forth emails and mandate forms, he was allegedly granted access. Allegedly because only certain transactions are permitted, and some incontact notifications aren’t delivered to him. I’ve been calling the call Centre for assistance on vehicle finance and they’ve told me I need a relationship manager for the business account. Here’s the best part, there’s only 1 at Clearwater mall’s branch. She’s not available on weekends, and I’ve been waiting just over 45min because she’s on lunch and no one else is able to help. Now they tell me business bankers have their own schedule and her lunch will most likely be longer than an hour.
