Oooops, They did it again....

In December 2015, on Christmas day, I get a notification stating a second bond payment has been deducted from my account.<br> <br> Guess what happened today? Yes, you guessed it, it happened again. I did phone in and was informed by Mpho, that he couldn't get through to the housing department, but he did send them a mail in order to inform them of the situation. I'm happy with Mpho's assistance and he was very nice.<br> <br> However, a couple of hours have passed since I spoke with Mpho and no one has gotten back to me regarding the situation.<br> <br> I think I know why this double bond payments are going off my account and this was due to a debit order date change request that I did in November 2015 already.<br> <br> The debit order is now supposed to go off on the 7th of every new month and not the 27th of every month. Clearly, this request is too hard to understand and therefore my account gets hit twice. Or maybe it's because I cancelled my credit card with them, because they kept on charging me the max amount monthly on my credit card. Who knows?<br> <br> Let's see whether I get compensated for the inconvenience caused to me this time. They've never done it before, always just a \we're so sorry, etc, etc\""
