Only two servie providers assisting clients at Tembisa branch(Birch acres).

I went to Birch acres Mall im Tembisa and found that only two guys where assisting clients.How can we as people from the location be treated with such disrespect compared to branches in the suburbs?I went to Kempton Park as i decided to leave the Tembisa branch and found out that they have enough sales and service guys assisting clients.Does that mean FNB only values the service of suburb clients not the location ones?It's not the first time i found the branch like that nor do i think it's the last time.So we have to go to malls to receive great service in malls not our own backyard?
