Only time FNB replies if if i complain on Hellopeter

Secure chat never seems to work all it does is reconnect and i have no time to keep on retyping and re asking the same question with no assistance given this is not the first time i have had to complain about this same issue i would actually prefer a call now as a complaint on hello peter is the only time i get any assistance from FNB
