Only got told about FNB Randburg Heist when trying to access my deposit box

<p>I emailed FNB to inform them that I will be coming the next day to access my safety deposit box. I got a call later that afternoon to inform me that their was a burglary at the branch. Why did they not tell me sooner? Why keep quiet when they know the information will come out eventually!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The security at the branch was also in shambles, having 1 security guard for over 300 safe deposit boxes is unaccepatable. This is negligence on the side of FNB at it's highest form!! This is not the first time I am complaining about FNB Randburg, I wanted to access my box earlier this year and got told they were closed for renovations. They did not inform me that they would be closed for renovation!! This leads me to think the Branch Manager is highly *********** and completely doesn't care for his customers.</p>
