Only good at making excuses.

I found myself in the position of having my handbag and all it's contents ****** 2 weeks ago. I immediately cancelled my cards and started the process of trying to order new ones. I have never made use of my Private Banker, Vincent Thulare, but thought this was a good time to start.

I soon discovered that the only thing Mr. Thulare appears to know how to do is make excuses - over a 2 week period I still don't have all my cards and when I ask why I am having trouble with EFTs online he take more then 48 hours to respond and then has the cheek to send me a master copy instruction manual after I complained online.

During a period of terrible stress and anxiety I trusted someone with what I assume they are trained to do - apparently he skipped this course. Zero customer service, zero accountability and organisational skills that could be compared to that of a 7 year old.

Please save me from the automated response confirming that you are 'handling this with the relevant department' and that you 'appreciate the feedback' because I don't buy it, not for one second.

If this is the calibre of service that you find acceptable then you are in for a rude awakening.
