Only bank at fnb when you Rich enough!!!!

Don't ever make the mistake of leaving any other bank for fnb. I have been struggling for 2 years to get answers ,eventually I got them from a branch in Western cape but when I walked out of there the way I was treated made me feel like I did something wrong I was treated like ****,even told me to sort it out myself ,well the best part my account was closed because I lost my job (covid) and it was very hard finding a new one,well now I have one but fnb refuse to help me open a new account well with all the excuses I heard for 2 years,and being treated like I'm not good enough to bank there ( I felt they think I'm to poor to bank at fnb) they can rather keep their account, I will find a bank with consultant's that knows how to respect all humans. Rich or poor .They can't even do something to try to help just say I must sort it myself
