ONLY 1 Teller???

<p>Went to FNB Willowbridge, Stood in a que in the bank with only 1 teller working. We were only 2 people in the que. Quess what, i waited 40min to be helped. I had to leave cause the lady infront of me was gonna extra long with some issue! So you get 30 min free parking, normally you in and out. waisted 40 min of my life in a useless bank. Went to a other bank, and guess what, they helped me with a smile! Thank you NEDBANK for giving me better service thatn my own bank. I Guesss i have to move my account to you guys! THank you again Nedbank for making banking easier with you guys than with SLOW SLOW FNB. Whats the point of spending millions on a new Branch if you dont have people working there serving the fnb clients. Shocking!!!!</p>
