Online vs Branch

About a month ago I opened an aspire debit account offer the phone like any other sales person the lady promised me all the glory that comes with the account .Today money got deposited in my account which I can not withdrawal all of the sudden I have to go into the branch for authentications which was the first reason why I did an online application due to not having time to go in the branch .So now I am stuck with no money and no way top getting to the branch .The boring part is that I already closed my previous account from another bank .I have my own reason why I prefer online than going to the branch. This id so frustrating
