Online Transaction *****

I am writing this in disbelief. I woke up to an SMS on Sunday morning, the 15th of September 2024, an online purchase was made using my card details. the SMS read "FNB online Secure SMS, an online purchase of ZAR R129,976,86 at Loro Piana Paris Fabourg using my card number. 2 OTPs were sent to my banking app that needed approval.

I called the ***** department to cancel my cards immediately as someone got ahold of my card details and mad this purchase. I am in total disbelief.

Why would FNB allow such a transaction to go through and request approval when I didn't make this? all the consultant said was, the card number is now cancelled and my info was possibly sold on the black market by some hacker. This is pure negligence!!!! Why was i not contacted to confirm if indeed, I made the purchase considering the amount and that the transaction looks suspicious? what if it went through and my account went into a minus, my whole salary would have been gone! I cannot believe this!I am really disappointed in what has happened. Is my money in my savings account even secure at this point? I am worried that more transactions may go off or possibly that someone got ahold of my aco**** details. I need my money safe please!
