Online Support & FNB client Service Disgusting
As a FNB Premier Member , I had app**** for a Credit Card increase 4 days ago. My documents uploaded on the FNB app which is terrible when it comes to uploading documents. Many online escalations from the online support to follow up on how far my process is ( i get responses of 24 hours left - this was 3 days ago). All that is left is my salary verification that takes back to 48 hours ? i have escalated with *** in copy on the emails. No response from *** or concern

Still waiting for your call as my bank….my issue is still not resolved. Let me tell you how long it takes your competitors clients to increase their credit card limit….1 hour turn around time. From submitting documents over whatsapp for business to a phone call. Please look at how capitec system and processes work.
