I bought electricity. It wasn’t much but I didn’t receive a token. I reported and apparently it was supposed to take 5 business to resolve the issue I’m still waiting.

Today I called regarding a PayShap payment that didn’t go through to the other person. I was transferred to all the departments until my minutes ran out and the matter wasn’t resolved.

Now I’m forced to go to the branch.
