online secure problem

I called support to assist me to ublock my online secure they couldnt assist during 2 hours conversation with 15 different agents, they just transferred to right department but no one knows who can fix problem , I lost 30USD for Skype because I'm not in SA now.

I can't contact the branch too because there is no email or phone number.

I have to pay my expenses today but FNB Call Center does not really work to fix my online payment problem.
