Online Saving Card application for minor children

I'm trying to open an account for my two daughters aged 8 and 9 online. I keep on receiving error messages online - although I received emails stating that my application was received and was send for evaluation and that the bank will get back to me with a response. I app**** online on the 13th of January Ref Number: 54O2U18F and BV7R4N3 when I try to follow it up, then there is no data available. I app**** today again - Ref numbers: CK48Y0KU and 2RKZH0HH. I really would love to open their accounts so that they can start to learn how to work with money and cards etc. I work full day and it's difficult to go into the bank myself - I thought applying online would be a breeze. Because one of my friends did the same at Capitec and it was very easy and fast. Please assist.
