Online registration a nightamre

FNB prides itself as the laeder in online banking, however, the company registration process is anything but easy. The correspondence received is not helpfull, the activation procedure not clear and once the account is confirmed as activated and funds have been deposited into the business account a new problem occurs. you cannot transact on the business account until the director signatory is registered. This is again information that you have no access too until you enconter the problem.

1- FNB has funds in my business account.

2- I cannot transact until my signature as a director is registered.

3- I cannot register my signature at a branch because i registered online.

4- This process will take another 2-3 working days.

5-Continuous mis-information for a business account.

Take my advise if you serious about having an effective and efficient business account and use another bank.
