Online purchase

I have a business account with fnb, when I received my card I was told, I will have to approve any online purchase before going through. But to my surprise, Google manage to take money from my account, which is not what we agreed on, and when I called fnb, the send a form to me to sign and return back to them, which I did, after that nothing happened and I had to call them several times, after about 2 weeks I was told to contact Google, they can't reverse the payment: and right I don't have confidence with fnb, not reliable at all
